Kat and Caleb came to Lucky Girl looking for two things: support in finish-lining their wedding planning and on-site coordinating to make sure the day ran smoothly.
THE DETAILS
Hosting a wedding reception/celebration (small private ceremony prior)
Guest list between 40-85 people, depending on RSVPs
Large family on both sides to coordinate with photography
Offering light appetizers followed by a buffet line and open bar
DJ/small dance floor
Wanting a photo booth, softly scheduled evening (feels like a natural flow, but planned out), and to not have to worry about the timeline whatsoever, just let it happen around them.
We love to work in the background. To us, that’s how we make the magic happen. For an event like this, we want our clients to feel like they’re living in a movie and it’s all the most beautiful blur to look back on in their photos.
Kat and Rachel set up their final planning meetings to fine tune the details and make sure no stone was left unturned or forgotten. Then the LGE team was prepped the day before with final rentals (they chose to rent decor pieces through us - so we coordinate that prep as well) and then we were boots on the ground a few hours before the event was set to start. We styled the event space with decor selected, coordinated the food timeline with the vendor and venue, and make sure the rest of the evening happened seamlessly around then.
It was a beautiful wedding celebration. We even got a cake cutting rehearsal photo moment out of it to share with you all!
